| Andy Swindler says: A system update left my MacBook Pro dead in the water. Nothing I tried worked, so I was going to break down and take it to an Apple Store. It was late on a Sunday and I wouldn't be able to get in until Monday, and I had lots of work to do (on GoHuman.com!). I called Douglas on a whim.
