I am a registered Dietician and Culinary Consultant  and I have worked in some of the finest kitchens in Seattle, including serving as Director of Dining at Mirabella restaurant.  I have also served as a clinical Dietician and nutritionist. As a Dietitian I help promote good health through proper eating.  As a Registered Dietitian I am able to assess, analyze, intervene, and educate a patient in relation to their diet and disease. Through my practice I supervise the preparation and service of food, develop modified diets, participate in research and educate individuals and groups on good nutritional habits.
