Business Center Sales Manager

The Business Center Sales Manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, training and supervising the center’s direct sales efforts, follow-up and proper sales administration. He/she is also responsible for growing existing client revenue and generating new business to ensure that Office Space, Virtual Office, Meeting Room and Service revenues meet expectations in order to maximize revenue and profits, and to improve the business center’s performance in the marketplace

• Minimum five years proven successful sales and management experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to assess situations and resolve issues
• Computer Skills – Word, Excel
• Exceptional leadership, coaching, and decision making skills.
• Creative and strategic thinker
