Make a difference in the life of an Orange County Foster Child!

Beta Foster Care is looking for loving foster parents to provide safe and caring homes for abused and neglected children (ages Infant through 18 years old) throughout Orange County.

Basic requirements:
* All adults living in the home must pass a background check.
* Complete 15 hours of Pre-Certification Training
* Become First Aid and CPR certified
* Have a physical examination and TB test
* Have a valid California Driver's License, auto insurance, and a vehicle that
has been certified by a mechanic to be in good working order
* Have a home/apartment/condominium that has passed a safety review and has
enough bedroom space (there can only be 2 children per bedroom)

While foster parenting is not a job, foster parents will receive monthly compensation to help pay for the expenses of the child(ren). This compensation ranges anywhere from $562 to $711 a month per foster child, depending on their age and other factors.

• Ages 0-4: $562 per month
• Ages 5-8: $594 per month
• Ages 9-11: $620 per month
• Ages 12-14: $669 per month
• Ages 15-18: $711 per month

All foster children have Medi-Cal insurance to meet their medical and dental needs.

Orientation meetings and certification classes are starting soon! We have offices located in Laguna Hills and La Habra. We will accommodate your schedule to efficiently speed you through the process of becoming a certified foster home. Once you have completed all of your Pre-Certification Training to become a foster parent and we have received confirmation of your necessary background clearances from the Department of Justice, you will be eligible to start taking foster children into your home.
