To whom it may concern:
I appreciate your time taken to review my resume.
My current salary requirement is $16.50 hour (neg).
I thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining composure, compassion and attention to detail with the ability to multitask and holding dependability as a must.I had recently been working in Encino for a Derm. office, but I am looking for a facility that will challenge my skills on a higher level, or at the very least give me what I am worth due to the fact that I always go the extra mile and aim my goals towards the good of patient care and the success of the practice.
In addition to performing my general duties I am also designing and configuring marketing e-mails, full page and postcard invitations/specials along with extensive computer generated mailers as well as promoting new products.
Please note all relevant experience in resume, including over 20 years administrative.
I am looking to find a job with a "PROFESSIONAL YET FRIENDLY” atmosphere where team work is seen as a positive and not a negative where I may remain for years to come.
Have also done extensive transcription and data entry along with very strong supervisory skills.
Please also note relevant job experience with Universal Studios Environmental Health & Safety, extensive numerical and alpha data entry, extensive spreadsheet development with excel to hold data, handling of very sensitive and confidential information.

I also do scheduling, typing op/MOHS reports, calls, inventory, sterilization of loose instruments and pouches and so much more!
I have done many military health fairs with up to 300 blood draws and vaccinations a day, along with my repor with patients and my "special touch" I would say that easing a patient's mind, making them laugh and remain calm is my strongest point.
I have also worked a long term assignment at Universal Studios Health Dept. which entails handling of medical records, review and final input of all OSHA recordable and non-recordable as well as contract employee and guest illness and injuries. This position entails proficiency in medical terminology, computer literacy, development of medical spreadsheets with Excel, proficiency with GE Power Suite. This position also entails great responsibility with confidentiality as well integrity and ethics. I was offered this position permanent full time, I declined due my love of people and the repor I enjoy building with people.
My last long term temp position was for a prominent Internal Medicine/Infectious Disease Dr. in Beverly Hills .
My duties include rooming patients, taking all vitals, doing all phlebotomy, injections, spinning, transfers, Unilab, Cedars, Quest Diagnostic requisition forms, urinalysis, TB testing and reading, narcotic inventory, dispensing of samples, explanation of prescriptions, keep up with narcotic closet (scrip/sample) for OSHA, running of the front office which included phones, filing, charts, labs, prescriptions, insurance and weekly deposits, although my main work is focused on phlebotomy and lab work, I also assist the Dr. with procedures such as cryo., punch biopsy and minor surgical procedures. I especially enjoy working with the patients and have a good reputation for my phlebotomy skills and my repor with the patients.
I have also done phlebotomy rounds in a hospital setting, and assisted and observed in plastic surgery.
I am not fluent in Spanish, although I do speak and understand very well, at all of my places of employment I am the one who would interact with the Hispanic patients, I am able to schedule appointments, take vitals, etc. in Spanish.

I am a hard worker with lots of desire to please and succeed.
