Hello everyone. I have been an Independent Computer Consultant for 21 years. I am a green-friendly business. My business mostly caters to the individual and small businesses. My clients tell me they like me because I am able to put technical information into user-friendly and understandable terms so my clients know what I'm talking about. I have a base of about 30 active clients currently and I'm looking to expand. I have experience with setting up networks, connecting peripherals, installing, repairing, and reinstalling operating systems and researching various upgrades people need for their computers to make them work as efficiently and effectively as possible. I also offer remote assistance at the rate of $60/hr instead of my normal $75. Please note: remote assistance DOES require me to visit at least once to set up the service on a client's machine. My minimum rate for a visit is $75, thereafter, I charge $25 each 20 minutes I am there after 1 hour. In the case of remote assistance, I charge $1 per minute I am working on your computer remotely.
