Kelly Vickers, JD is a former divorce attorney with 20 years experience in law: a seasoned, compassionate mediator and peacemaker. Focused on divorce, parenting plans, alimony, valuation of business, as well as sibling estate disputes, and church disputes. Having endured some times of crisis myself in the past, I take a firm, compassionate and understanding approach in guiding folks toward a "win win" solution in their dispute. I love the diversity of the people in New Mexico and have happily worked with many cultures, faith paths, and family varieties. I offer a free telephone or email consultation to allow folks the opportunity to get to know me and make sure that my strengths can lead to the solutions you or your client requires.

While most clients choose a package deal which saves greatly on costs, fees are generally based on a rate of $150 per hour. New Mexico is the only state that taxes services and will require an additional 6.85% on the total. A retainer fee of one half of the expected total is generally required.
