I have been doing specialized cleaning estimates and HOARDING clean-up for 10 years and am particularly interested in the services that can prove beneficial to your Residents. We offer such a wide range of services for the special needs that are sometimes required for your residents. Sometimes certain duties can get away from the elderly causing a heath risk in their home, or certain people have no one to turn to in their time of need regarding special services for their home environment.ServiceMaster is trained to help eliminate these health concerns and get the resident back on track. ServiceMaster can help from beginning to end.  My understanding and un-evasive attitude lets the customer know that we are there to help and not judge or criticize. I would come to the home, take a quick survey of the needs, type up a very easy to read estimate and schedule the work to be done in as little as 2 days.I have worked with many agencies and out of town relatives quickly and effectively in these matters. We can remove debris from the home, clean and sanitize, pack, re-organize or just offer some guidance. Each customer is treated individually with only the service that they need. All situations are different and treated so. Our technicians are well trained and professional. They are English Speaking and Courteous to the customer.
