GoHuman is a marketplace that puts Customers and Service Providers in touch in each local community. Customers can Search for Service Providers or Request specific jobs that they need done. Service providers can List their services and Acquire new customers. As this marketplace grows, Service Providers will accumulate Feedback, which will soon become the most important factor when Customers are deciding to hire them.

Listed describes any service that someone is offering to the community, from mowing a lawn, to fixing a car, to giving calligraphy lessons. You can search and hire these Listed Services or create your own Listed Service that you want to offer.

Requested means that someone has a specific job that they need done. If you are looking to earn a little extra cash, you can browse these listings in your area to see if there is one that you can do. Or, if you have always wanted to find someone to come to your house, give your dog a haircut, and then clean out your garage for $150, Post a Request and let them find you!

Creating an account and signing in allows you to:

1. Keep track of your favorite service providers.
2. Post Feedback for service providers you have hired
3. Create your own Listed or Requested postings.

An Oddjob is a service that does not fit into any specific category. This is your chance to get creative! Let your mind spin a bit and offer a service that someone might not even know they need! Or, if there is a specific random or creative task that you just can't seem to find the time to do, Post a Request in the Oddjobs category and find someone to do it for you!

Volunteering is a section where you can list any service that you are willing to volunteer to organizations or individuals in your community (schools, non-profit organizations, religious groups, etc). Here, you can also browse Requested Postings to see if there is a need for volunteer work that you would like to do. Give it a shot - all the cool kids are doing it!
